I help private lenders set up due diligence processes for safe lending and maximized returns. I have been in the Air Force for 16 years and counting. While I was active duty I served as a Special Agent for 7 years, where I refined my skills conducting criminal federal investigations. In my civilian role, I was a Data Scientist while in graduate school at Middlebury Institute, and a Behavioral Research Scientist for the Department of Defense, nurturing a research-based, data-driven mindset that now underpins every due diligence inquiry. As a buy and hold investor, I have my own portfolio of 5 doors. I have bought renovated and sold 3 more, wholesaled a few, and have a commercial dirt lot currently in development. As a Creative Finance Consultant I worked on dozens of transactions nationwide and dozens more as a transaction coordinator witnessing both successes and pitfalls in private money lending. Recognizing the crucial need for meticulous due diligence and fraud prevention she’s shifted to dedicate herself to bridging this gap in the industry.
