I have been interested in Real Estate investing since the 90's. I mostly bought and held because I did not know about the flipping end of investing back in those days. I decided to get into the flipping business in 2007. Since then I have been educating myself on the financing end of flipping. I know the operating costs of flipping, but I want to learn the best exit strategies in the worse case scenario that a property does not sell. I am eager to learn from the bigger pockets community. I have been following their website for a few years now, as well as watching them on You Tube. I am confident that I will master the flipping end of Real Estate investing to grow my business.
