I am a woman on the loose!! lol I've raised my 4 kids, enjoyed careers in many industries. They were all very good to me because I knew how to build a good biz through strong relationships. . . and getting in front of the right market. I consider myself to be a real estate entrepreneur more than any other label. I LOVE to CREATE deals not just find the low hanging fruit. I've done close to 200 virtual real estate deals in various parts of the country by squadding- up with other R.E. entrepreneurs. I love the thrill of real estate. I am building an international network of investors working together for mutual success in creative real estate investing: seller finance, lease options, Airbnb, Mid Term Rentals (MTRs) and wholesaling.
