Melvin Martinez

I currently work for a large contractor but do real estate on the side. I am from Los Angeles, Ca. and invest locally. Experience: My first purchase was a duplex in 2010 and I've been hooked since. I've been with a few bad deals and some really good so I've paid for my experience dearly at times lol. Other than that my real estate experience continues through reading books, listening to webinars, and occasionally going to seminars when I hear or know about them. Currently Seeking: Always open for a friend/mentor that I can ask questions to and shoot ideas off of. I have remodeled some of my own units with mostly my own labor, I'm not shy with tools.
