Melody Everett-Neddo

I am Melody. I work in a CNC Machine Shop and I really do love my job, but we have lofty early retirement goals. My husband is a Heavy Equipment Mechanic and he loves his job. We are fortunate, truly blessed, and happy. We know that we cannot simply rely on our retirement investments and want to branch out into tax liens at this point for the high interest rates. I am looking forward to learning and contributing to this group. Experience: I have no experience with real estate other than a passing interest until the last couple years. Have spent alot of time trying to educate myself and decide on my niche. We bought our primary residence back in 1994. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to add value to our bottom line for our early retirement. We are open to tax liens and deeds, possibly flips or holds? I honestly haven't the money to upkeep a bunch of properties so ownership kinda scares us. Currently Seeking: a mentor or investment partner
