Hey Team! I started out terrified of purchasing my first investment property. Serial renter from the West coast, I realized the opportunity to own and create passive income was REAL. Once I took the leap and purchased a multi family sight unseen with the strategy to house hack, I was HOOKED! Since then, I purchased a second multi-family that was operated as short term rental and converted to a mid term rental in 2019. This combines my creative passions for design and staging, my aspirations to travel and my love for real estate all in one! Not to mention...2-3x the rental income. Rather than the side hustle this once was, I have completely pivoted my professional life to make this my full-time career. I am now a licensed real estate agent in the Hampton Roads, VA and MTR property manager. I'm here to help you start your own STR/MTR business!
