My husband and I were bitten by the real estate bug after we bought our first house as a foreclosure and sold it for a profit. We were like, "Hey...there's something to this!" Since then, have house hacked since 2014 and have bought and sold several properties, including land. I am super passionate about financial independence and teaching others about it.
