I started investing in real estate in 2011 and have done about 20 deals since then. Always looking to acquire properties to flip by different ways like wholesalers, tax deed, etc. and at least acquire one long term rental property a year. I got my real estate license about a year ago and that has taken a life of its own since the Miami market is hot. My passion is REI and all the different ways you can make a deal happen. I own some businesses that generate the income for me to live of and invest but most if not all don't require my 100% attention.
