I am a newbie, real estate investor who grew up in Arizona. I have flexibility, drive and funds available to finally make my first purchase. However, my biggest hold up is location. I am active duty U.S. military and deciding on purchasing in my hometown or my next duty location is where I am held up. I absolutely plan to make a move in the next 12 months, but hopefully sooner!
