Jacobo B.

I used to invest in the early 2000. Had to quit for personal reason but I'm ready to start again. Experience: I've been a real estate agent for 13 years and I started working with REOs and short sales in 2007. Now I want to restart investing in real estate. I would like to buy, fix and flip. Real Estate Goals: I would like to fix and flip around 10 properties a year and built a rental portfolio of 10 to 15 rental properties within 3 years Currently Seeking: I'm looking for capital partners. I have the experience, the contacts to get the deals, the crews to do the repairs and the motivation.
