I'm Meron Bekele, MBA, a property accounting professional based in Las Vegas and founder of FaithCore Advisory LLC. My background includes more than five years of U.S. multifamily property accounting experience, along with over a decade in banking, financial analysis, internal controls, and risk management. Throughout my accounting career, I've worked extensively with property financials, including account reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, expense analysis, and cash flow analysis. One thing I've learned is that accurate books are only part of the picture. Rental-property owners also need to understand how much each property earns, what they're spending on repairs and maintenance, whether expenses are recorded correctly, and what their financial reports are telling them. Through FaithCore Advisory, I focus on helping independent investors with single-family rentals, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, small rental portfolios, and fix-and-flip projects maintain organized books and dependable financial reports. FaithCore is based in Las Vegas and provides bookkeeping and financial reporting services remotely to rental-property investors nationwide.
