Been in RE since the early 2000's, both the ups and downs. Much more conservative in my overall investment risk but understand that RE is a great way to build generational wealth. I have a W2 and not looking to leave my day job. My overall goal is to learn more, grow our portfolio (@ 20 properties), retire comfortably, and develop generational wealth.
