Since jumping into real estate investing a year ago. We hit rock bottom after 8 months of marketing with not a single deal. Then we met a GC who wanted to help us get started. We agreed to do one house together and the rest is history. We went on to form a company together and have been wholesaling and flipping. We purchased the first together (even though he had done 100 prior to our partnership) in January and then began wholesaling other leads we would begin to find. We closed our first wholesale on March 31, 2018 and as of today June 6, 2019 we have wholesaled over 26 deals and are flipping four houses together. We are thrilled at how this has worked. Since 2019 our growth has slowed and so we have adjusted because of the market and are picking up rentals. It’s new territory for us but going well! Update: In the last 10 months with flipped 11 properties. We have transitioned to multi-family holdings and are loving it!
