Along with my wife, we co-founded Tri Homes Today (THT) back in 2013. Starting with a small bungalow rehab on the NW side of Chicago, we have grown into both SFH and MF NC and large-scale rehabs. We currently build new SFHs and reinvest the profits into multi-family long-term buy and hold assets. Our target markets are the city of Chicago (Logan Square, Avondale, and Pilsen) and Tampa, Florida. Based on the latest market opportunity, our latest endeavor is in the short-term rental (STR) game (e.g. AirBnB).
