About myself
Moises Granda │ [email protected] │ 301.768.5235 I am a Real Estate Investor, who happens to be a Realtor. I am based in Baltimore - Washington Metro Area My focus of investment is Flipping Houses and Buy & Hold. I the past two years I created a portfolio that allowed me to resign my former job and to chase my passion, help people like you and me to make smart decisions about real estate. Just this year I have invested in ten properties, and my goal is to invest in ten more until the New Year. As a regular buyer, I am aware that the path of investing in real estate is a challenging one, but believe me, everything is easier when we work together in every step of the road!
