For my next 45, I've jumped into real estate and looking to do more investing in multifamily (2-4 units) for long term buy & hold/cash flow benefits, but open to chatting about any REI opportunity. My original goal was 10 doors in 10 years, but I'm hoping to accelerate that to 10 doors in 5 years...
