I currently work full time in health care. I love working with and finding creative ways to help people improve their quality of life. I use nearly all of my free time learning about the real estate market in my area, marketing for deals, making offers, learning remodeling approaches, networking, and anything else related to flipping. I grew up watching my mom buy and remake old, ugly houses into modern, beautiful homes. She worked hard to create personalized, livable spaces out of abandoned places. I was always impressed by and envied her ability to use her skills to transform sad situations into bright and cheery homes. I am excited that I found real estate investing. It is the vehicle that will allow me to use my desire to help others, improve the world around me, and to transform sad houses into happy homes. I am currently doing this through flipping homes in the Inland Empire of Southern California.Although I don't have my mom's total-reno skills, I can work with a team to acquire, remodel, and resell once neglected properties! When I retire, I plan to dial back my flipping ventures and extend into buy-and-hold investments in the mid-west.
