My wife and I currently own long term and short term rental units on Cape Cod and actively do fix and flip renovations locally. Additionally, we are limited partners on a 97 unit apartment complex. We are currently looking to acquire additional fix and flip projects, buy and hold rental properties, specifically 6-15 unit apartment complexes in Barnstable or Plymouth County, Massachusetts. I perform underwriting and financial analysis services for developers, lenders, and multi-family investors on a contract basis.
