Currently house hacking! My wife and I own one single family rental and a duplex that we bought in January of 2020. We approach real estate as buy and hold investors. We are at the final stage of our first house hack/BRRRR deal. Renovations have been completed, tenant have moved into the bottom unit and in late July we will start the re-finance process to pull our cash out of the current deal.
