Micah Heath

After 17 years in education, which included 11 years as an elementary principal I decided to chase my dreams of being a top-producing Real Estate Agent. With experience in investing in and flipping houses I specialize in LTR, STR, BRRRR, fix and flip, house hacking in Bloomington, IN and surrounding areas. I love analyzing deals and determining best strategies. Additionally, I have a working knowledge of both traditional financing and creative financing.
