Former HOA president of 8 years (22 units). I'm currently earning a real estate sales person license for lack of another path into property management for living expenses and real estate investing for building long-term wealth. My interests include writing, blogging, and listening to real estate podcasts. I've been interested in many aspects of real estate such as notes, raw land, ground lease, moble home parks and tax liens. Finding a mentor seems impossible so I will need to learn it all myself before I ever make a dime. I'm not a lawyer, doctor, or even a college graduate. I'm a college dropout and perhaps that's why I'm not in a successful career or even have my own place. I once was a motivated seller, and I promised myself I would own my own home once again before I die.
