Im 28 years old who recently started a small business a few years back and saved enough capital to start investing in real estate. Im choosing real estate as a vehicle to invest in because it is a tangible entity in which I am fascinated and eager to learn more about. My plan is to stay away from renting and purchase my first home as an investment property. In this case ill be able to pay less in mortgage per month and build equity along the way. Eventually, I would repeat this step until I'm at a comfortable level to manage properties that would replace my income.
