Greetings! I love nontraditional investments such as parking and self storage. Currently, I am focused on building a team to acquire income generating parking lots and structures secondary and tertiary markets throughout the south and midwest. I am good at finding deals and have experience marketing direct to seller as well. My overall real estate goal is to buy large commercial real estate deals that cashflow. Cashflow is king! Building a large enough portfolio in order to replace my current income within the next 5 years prior to my military retirement. Spending meaningful time with our children, extended family, and friends on our own terms is what drives us to achieve financial freedom. We want to help and learn from those who want the same as well as we solidify our family's future.
