Hi my name is Mike I have been passionate about real estate for quite some time, but more recently have decided to pursue that passion more proactively. I've served as an active duty Seabee ( Navy Construction) for 11 years in which I am constantly deploying and moving. That fact is what in the past has held me back from a more proactive approach to REI. My wonderful wife Carolina and I currently own 3 single family homes in Southern CA. and a condo in South America, all in which I'm enjoy substantial equity. My passion is for RE flipping and development but that will wait until I retire in 9 years. My current strategy is to leverage equity from our SFR and buy and hold multi family units out of my geographic location.
