My name is Michael Belz, and I started my real estate journey in 2020 with the purchase of my first multifamily property in Middletown, NY. Since then, I've expanded my portfolio to include properties in Goshen, NY, and Nyack, NY. I focus on long-term investments, particularly using the BRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance) method and seeking out value-add opportunities. I love thinking outside the box and exploring new ways to expand my real estate ventures. I like to consider myself a rookie who’s constantly learning about real estate. I believe that keeping a rookie mindset keeps me hungry to learn and educate myself, even if I’ve heard something before. Real estate knowledge is vast and awesome, and I’m committed to continuously growing and improving in this dynamic field.
