In the intro he said to treat this like a dating site, so here it goes....I like long walks on the beach. Looking for something bigger. Needs a little work... Oh, not literally. Ok. So I am pretty new to real estate investing. My back ground is mostly in the financial sector including banking, insurance, investments, and financial planning. Worked in Oil & Gas for a few years as a lease and division order analyst, so I dealt with a lot of contracts and data. I did have a property a few years back that was a lease with option to buy. That is the extent of my experience. I still do some insurance on the side but I've decided to go head first into real estate investing after doing a lot of research on the potential in the industry. I still have my Series 7 & 66 but am not currently registered with a firm and am not sure I will get back into world of securities. My primary focus right now are single family homes to flip.
