Rental Property Investor
Experience: Started 2018 with one long term rental but acquired 3 additional properties this year using the BRRRR strategy. Completed my first transaction with a private lender on the most recent and look forward to doing more transactions like that in the future Real Estate Goals: 20 Paid for buy and hold investment properties to fund retirement. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking 1-4 unit small multifamily investment properties to grow my portfolio.
