Michael Cadden

Based in Ocala, FL. I’m an active real estate investor focused on small residential development and ground-up construction. Currently working through our first SFR new-construction build with the goal of proving the process, executing cleanly, and recycling capital into future projects. Longer-term, we plan to do a mix of build-to-sell and selective holds depending on market and numbers. I’m hands-on with acquisitions, financing, and project execution, and I’m here to connect with others involved in development, creative financing, and long-term investing in Central Florida.
