We buy houses directly from homeowners around Roanoke, Lynchburg and the surrounding counties, often properties that need work or owners who want a simple, certain sale. Most of my time goes into the acquisition side: how our team talks with sellers, how we follow up, and how we decide which leads deserve another call. I'm also building RevHQ AI, which grades seller calls and helps acquisition managers coach their reps.
