I started investing in real estate in 2015 while continuing to run my construction company since 2007. That experience has brought me to become a 203k loan contractor working with multiple brokerages throughout Connecticut. Since 2015 I've completed 20+ flips and now own four multi-family properties. I am currently in the process of creating my first syndicate with an experienced colleague to purchase 70-120 units in the southern region of the Carolinas and surrounding areas.
