Michael Vialpando

Hi, I'm Michael! My wife and I invest in real estate through buy and hold rental properties with an emphasis on Short Term Rentals. We have a few properties in the Colorado Springs area that we have acquired through house hacking and primary residences. We currently have a dozen units and rent them all STR or MTR. We enjoy learning and growing. In 2021, after enough people kept asking, we started managing STRs for others. I teamed up with Luke and Jacob to create Renjoy - a premium STR investment and management company. We quickly scaled from a dozen listings to over a hundred in our first 18 months while never changing our vision of helping others reach financial freedom for themselves. http://renjoy.com http://airbnbincoloradosprings.com
