I am the owner and primary Acquisitions Manager of INW Properties LLC based mostly in Spokane but also doing deals throughout the Inland Northwest. We are an investment property that flips, wholesales, or rents properties based on what makes sense for us at the time. Our ultimate goal is to continue building our rental portfolio while participating in the rapid growth and reformation that has been happening in Spokane for the last 10 years. We love nothing more than to come into one of the many run down area's in town and reform them into wonderful neighborhoods where local families can happily reside.
