Michael Durham

I own income property of all types in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Memphis, Orlando, and northern Michigan. Most of my infrastructure is in Salt Lake City where I employ a full-time property manager and part-time maintenance. For out of state deals, I have cultivated relationships with local property management companies in the other locations I mentioned above. Despite my niches that I like to focus, I am interested in putting capital to work in any larger JV’s or syndicates others might have to offer. I’m also an angel investor in start-up companies and always looking for exciting opportunities there. I know how to scale businesses of all types quickly and have a proven track record having founded an ad tech company in 2008 that was #111 on the Inc 500 Fastest growing companies list in 2012.
