I'm a licensed remodel contractor looking to both flip house and own rentals for cash flow. I currently live in West Michigan where I was born and raised. I also spent several years living in Florida, where I maintained rentals, mowed grass on golf courses, and bused tables. I did my first fix & flip investment during 2018, a 1940's brick cape cod. I did not make anything on it, but I learned a lot of what not to do. The year concluded with the purchase of my rental property. A single family home filled with kids from the local college.
