Hello BP, I was able to retire in my early 50's, but want to add to my retirement diversification. I decided Real Estate Investing is where I want to focus my efforts. With my limited knowledge as a home owner for 30 years, and being landlord of 1 rental property for about 5 years (1997-2002), I bought my first intentional single-family B&H rental in Jan. 2018. This has been a learning experience for me, I am enjoying the tax advantages and have improved my cash flow position by refinancing. I found BP after this investment, and am taking advantage of the educational opportunities in prep. for my next SFH B&H deal. I recently (April 2022) purchased my second B&H rental property (Turnkey - Mobile Home and Property) from a fellow IEREIC member. I am looking to have 3 SFH rentals, 1 vac. rental, and 1 multi-family complex within the next four years to provide supplemental cash flow to my retirement income. Looking for continued guidance and opportunities in my new venture.
