Michael DiDonato

To say that I love numbers is an absolute understatement. I have a Bachelors and Masters in Chemical Engineering, a minor in Mathematics, and have been working as a process engineer in the Industrial Gases, Energy, and Pharmaceutical sectors for several years. I enjoy leveraging my expert analytical capabilities to study real estate markets and analyze potential deals. I also have considerable experience managing multi-million dollar industrial capital projects and I look forward to leveraging these skills to contractor work. Although born and raised in Queens, NY, I have lived in the Bronx, Houston TX, Los Angeles, Allentown PA, Germany, and most recently the UK before settling down in Jersey City. I am a volunteer Mentor to low-income, first-gen college students through the America Needs You organization. I am also on the Chemist's Club Board of Trustees, which is a networking organization for chemical engineers and chemists in the tri-state area. In the little spare time I do have, I am training for my next triathlon, enjoying my hobby of photography, and reading about real estate.
