I am a phenomenal person! Bold statement but it’s true. MY “WHY” I want to build a legacy for my family. I have already exceeded my parents’ annual income and net worth and I want to make sure I can pass that wealth (and knowledge) on to my children. I see real estate as the best way to do that. MY GOALS My short-term goal (1 year) is to find and get into a cash flowing commercial residential property with upside potential. A typical value-add play. My mid-term goal (3 years) is to sell or re-fi that property and move the capitol to either a larger property or one where I have more equity.
