Michael Erasmus

I am a non-US resident with capital available to invest and a strong willingness to take on the majority of the analytical and operational work in a partnership. I’m currently looking to connect with US-based operators and investors who are open to joint venture or co-GP relationships. My goal is to build long-term, aligned partnerships rather than pursue one-off deals. I value transparency, clear communication, and fair deal structures where both parties benefit. I’m particularly interested in connecting with: • Experienced multifamily operators • Investors seeking an active and reliable partner • Individuals open to co-GP or joint venture opportunities on cash-flowing or light value-add properties Feel free to send me a message if you’d like to connect or explore potential collaboration.
