Currently living on Long Island with my wife who is a licensed real estate agent as well as a full time investor. We started investing a little over 2 years ago and have several flips under our belt. We are currently expanding our business and investing out of state with mid-size apartments (20-50 units). Experience: 2+ years - currently looking at mid-size apartment buy and hold, 8 flips done.
