Michael Feaga

I have a background in single family rental and flipping and was previously a member of an investment/mentor group in Houston. My wife Phae (yes, Phae Feaga) and I are both engaged in our business and have benefited greatly from the BP community. Our primary areas of interest are private lending, note investing and multi-family real estate with a heavy focus on the latter. We are primarily interested in networking with multi-family brokers, property managers, syndicators, experienced limited partners, rehabbers/flippers searching for private lenders and active note investors. However, we thoroughly enjoy the folks in this community and are glad to chat real estate with anyone.
