Rental property investor in Mechanicville, NY working full time as an engineer. I'm interested in investing in multi-family residential properties in the area. My plan is to start small and learn the craft then begin to build my portfolio. My goal is 25 units over the next five years whether on my own or with partnering with other investors. I'd like to connect with other investors in the area to learn from their experiences and see how we can mutually benefit in the future. I closed on my first duplex in August 2019 and currently living in it as an owner occupied property. Closed on a 2-unit that I'm currently BRRRRing and and 3-unit that is fully occupied but under rented which provides value add opportunity. Looking to continue to grow and learn to scale the portfolio and partner with other ambitious investors whether passive or hands-on who are also interested in building wealth through buy and hold properties.
