I am a real estate investor whose primary focus is long-term buy-and-hold rental real estate. I am currently looking to expand my rental portfolio. I use a combination of traditional and private financing. I am currently looking to raise private money, which provides my client with a healthy return on otherwise idle, underperforming cash, being backed by a tangible asset. I currently have a portfolio of incoming producing single family residences (1-4 Units) in 3 states.
