I spent the last 25 years building an IT support company in Denver and are exiting soon to focus on my real estate ventures. I am a sole proprietor of MBG LLC, a recently self funded, Colorado company with a commercial real estate asset in Denver and currently two vacation rental properties in Scottsdale, AZ. I have been bitten by the real estate bug and Vacation Rentals is my current focus. Experience: I purchased a 6k sqft commercial office property in Denver in 1997 out of foreclosure and it has provided a steady income stream from office rentals. Eighteen months ago I purchased two vacation rental properties in Scottsdale that are generating additional significant income streams. Real Estate Goals: I would like to continue to build my portfolio of vacation rentals and continue to capture income from my commercial property, maintaining a nice income stream from my real estate portfolio.
