Hi Bigger Pockets Community, My name is Michael Giancola and I am a multi-family specialist for the R&Z Group of Compass Commercial representing their Austin Division. Our team exclusively represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family assets. What sets our Group apart is that we have direct access to clients on the West Coast who have transacted over $500,000,000+ in Commercial Real Estate. Many of these investors are looking to expand in the Texas market. We also work with local Austin, Texas clients looking to expand their portfolio. This creates a great synergy between the two major markets. Prior to Real Estate, my career began working in commercial and residential construction from the ground up. Over the course of 10 years, I worked as a laborer, project manager and finally, as an estimator achieving lifetime sales of $20+ million. My passion for working with customers and understanding trends and budgets, translated into cultivating new business and lasting professional relationships. Developing my skills in construction, my passion for real estate grew, as I was exposed daily to the ever-changing real estate market working with clients. Along my journey, I became a real estate investor in both single and multi-family in California and Texas, leveraging my construction knowledge and network. I am currently a member of ABOR and Austin Apartment Association. In my free time I enjoy traveling, pickleball, snowboarding, listening to podcasts, and actively investing in real estate.
