I'm a buy and hold investor and Real Estate Agent from Colorado. I love anything related to the outdoors and of course spending time with my wife and three children. I also enjoy using my real estate investing experience to help others analyze and purchase investment real estate across Colorado. My short term goal is to continue my buy and hold strategy via both single family and multifamily units while also diversifying my approach via new construction builds and short-term rentals. Longer term, I'd like to get into larger unit buildings and apartments. Portfolio: I currently own a few single family homes along with a couple small multi's with which I follow a buy and hold mentality. (They are a mix of both long-term & short-term rentals.)
