Currently working in TV. Made the decision last week (8/31/20) to tackle the REI life head on. Trying to figure things out one podcast, Google search, YouTube video, etc. at a time. One duplex up and running. Looking for the next deal with plenty of cashflow. 5 years looking to have 25 units. Cash flow is my goal, spend more time with family is the result.
