Michael Howland

I've enjoyed renovating homes as a licensed General Contractor for a variety clients all over the South Shore area in Massachusetts for the past 25 years. My current goal is to transition into flipping and continue with the renovation business I've created as well. Being exposed to the renovation business makes it that much easier to transition into flipping, but finding the right motivated private lender is my biggest hurdle.
