Michael Howell

I started in construction in 1980 and learned the trade from my best friend and his dad. They were general contractors in California. Over the ensuing 6 years, I was fortunate to learn every trade to build a house from the ground up. One important thing I learned working with this Father-Son company was integrity. When I started my business in 1986, a boilerplate contract and a hand-shake relationship began. For over 20 years I worked for many prominent and influential contractors, real estate agents and private individuals. Throughout that time my core believes, Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty and Excellence in Execution, never wavier. Sometimes, adhering to these maxims cost me money and time. However, in the long run, brought in more business than my crew and I could handle. All of it by word-of-mouth!
