I have been a landlord once and sold because it was out of state and didn't cash flow well, was my primary residence. I am getting my finances in order to jump on a deal when it comes. Will be looking at duplexes in the Southwest Florida area; Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Bonita, Naples. Also open to STR.
