I have renovated, built and sold over 150 homes, and have provided over $30 million in loans over the past 10 years which involved another 200+ deals. I have helped start the real estate investing careers for dozens of local investors that have become landlords, rehabbers/flippers/realtors/ and more acting as a coach and mentor. So I understand many aspects of the real estate investment business, lending, investing, and coaching. I work closely hand in hand with my clients sharing both my years of experience and my mistakes, to help you minimize the risks of real estate investing. My goal is to keep things simple and make borrowing hard money easy. Borrowers only need 10% of the Purchase price plus closing costs in most deals.
